Blood pressure tracker
Do you have high blood pressure or are at risk for having high blood pressure? If so, you may have been encouraged to buy a blood pressure monitoring kit so you can take your blood pressure at home.
Some people have fairly normal blood pressures but they sky rocket at the doctor’s office or clinic. That’s called White Coat Syndrome. It may sound a bit odd, but it’s true - some people just react that way. But, once they’re home, their blood pressure returns to what it usually is.
Anyway, if you’re interested in a way to keep track of your blood pressure, I found this online tracking program: Blood Pressure Tracker.
If you use it, please let us know how you like it, if it’s useful and easy to use. Feedback for things I recommend is always appreciated!
